Festhalle Farmers Market is the site of many of the City’s most anticipated annual events, including the Cullman Strawberry Festival and Cullman Oktoberfest, and provides shelter for area farmers looking to sell their produce between April and October of each year, as well as through the extended off season from November through March. The large open-air structure is the largest timber-framed building in the state and allows for functionality during most weather conditions. The site is also available to rent for special events. Festhalle Farmers Market is located adjacent to the warehouse district and across the street from Depot Park and the Cullman County Museum. Regular hours are Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. The site is also open from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. from June to September on the second Friday of each month.
