Pickleball, basketball courts, and a playground with splash pad - all this plus a top-notch tournament baseball field and 3 youth ball fields. Fantastic amenities plus close proximity to downtown make Nesmith Park an extraordinary community park!

DEPOT PARK

Conveniently located just outside the bustling warehouse district on the corner of Arnold Street and 2nd Ave, across the street from the Festhalle Farmer’s Market and the Cullman County Museum, Depot Park is a favorite spot for people to walk, play or simply relax. Walking trails wind throughout the open urban green spaces of the park and a fountain lies near its center, surrounded by numerous memorial benches and several picnic tables. It is also home to Christmas in Cullman and is where the Cullman Strawberry Festival and Oktoberfest are held each year. During the holidays, Depot Park is extensively decorated with lights and a large Christmas tree, creating a festive atmosphere appropriate for the season. The park is open from sunrise to sunset seven days a week.

SKATE DEPOT

Skate Depot Park in Cullman, Alabama is a popular destination for skateboarders, rollerbladers, BMX, and scooter riders. ARCHERY RANGE

The Alabama Division of Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries, the City of Cullman, and the Archery Trade Association have teamed up to construct Cullman Community Archery Park! Shooters can practice their archery skills at adult targets from 15-50 yards and youth targets 5-20 yards away. Additionally, a 12-foot high elevated platform will give bowhunters an amazing opportunity to simulate hunting conditions at targets between 10-40 yards. Finally, there's a 16-target walkthrough course where archers can take aim at unknown distances.
