March: Pickleball

Join us for a 4-week pickleball course designed for both beginners and intermediate-advanced players. Perfect your skills and enjoy friendly competition every Thursday night at the Active Adult Center. Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity to enhance your pickleball game!

Beginner Classes will be from 5-6 PM
Intermediate/Advances Classes will be from 6-7 PM

April: Running

Join our beginner running course with the CPRST to kickstart your fitness journey safely. All ages of runners will learn proper running techniques, strength training, and exercises to ensure you are equipped for a successful and healthy running routine. With expert guidance, you'll build endurance, prevent injuries, and gain confidence on the track or trail. We will be meeting every Tuesday in April at 5 PM at Heritage Park.
