The Little House

The Little House at Art Park

The Little House at Art Park is a newly renovated house and is the perfect place for your next birthday party, shower, or small gathering! Not only will you have the house available but also a large back porch where you can comfortably watch your kids play at Art Park located directly behind the house.

Important Information:

• Rental Cost: $50 per hour with a minimum of two hours, plus a $25 cleaning fee
• A $50 nonrefundable deposit is due upon booking in order to reserve your date.
• Tables and chairs are provided. (Six 6-ft tables & 50 chairs)
• A microwave, mini-refrigerator, sink, and bathrooms are available to use inside The Little House.
• The Little House features a large back deck with outdoor seating and picnic tables.
• Parking is available in front of The Little House and off of Austin Ave.
