Mommy & Me Stretch and Move

Dates: September 7 – November 2, 2017

Times: 10am on Tuesdays

Location: Cullman Civic Center

Cost: $75

Looking for something to do with your little one? Come enjoy a low-impact class full of stretching and moving! This class will teach the importance of mental and physical wellness at every age! Ages 5 & under eligible to participate. Registration opens March 1 at the Cullman Civic Center or online.

Max-Out Night at CWAC

Dates: October 8 – February 11

Times: 2nd Sunday of Each Month at 7pm

Location: Cullman Wellness & Aquatic Center

Ages: All Ages

Want to prove that you’re the best? Come participate in new Max-Out nights at the Cullman Wellness and Aquatic Center! Strength will be tested by completing a one rep max of squat, deadlift, and bench press. Winners will be determined by the percent body weight carrying the load. This competition will take place after hours on Sunday evenings.

Pounds Down

Dates: January – April

Location: Cullman Wellness & Aquatic Center

Ages: 16 & up

Looking to whip yourself back in shape after a busy holiday season? Partner with a friend and compete in the new Pounds Down competition! Teams of two will be weighed by a fitness staff member and track their success. Winners of the competition will be determined by percent weight loss. Stay tuned for more details!

Half-Marathon Training Program

Dates: February – April

Ages: 12 & up

Have you ever wanted to run a half-marathon but aren’t sure where to start? Let us help you achieve your goals! This program will teach the basics of training and nutrition when distance running. The program will be designed for novice runners and experienced runners alike. After this program, runners will have the option to participate in the Nashville Half-Marathon on April 28, 2018.

NIA Fusion Fitness

Dates: Ongoing

Times: 10am on Tuesdays

Location: Cullman Civic Center

Cost: $7 per class or $30 for six classes

Blend of dance, yoga, and martial arts.

Ageless Grace

Dates: Ongoing

Times: 5:30pm on Thursdays
